Our finest aged T-bone steaks are a rough size of 1inch thick.
Our T-bone steak comes with the bone in and is a stunning combination of the fillet and tasty sirloin – the two most succulent steaks going. It’s rather large, so comes as one individual steak. Its natural marbling helps keep it moist during cooking. We recommend cooking in a griddle or frying pan and keeping it simple with oil, salt and pepper rub. Be sure to rest your steak for at least half the cooking time to allow it to relax.
